Description

Hello,

I am making a personal blog website - however needs to be customized and within a week.
here is the url:
http://www.alimdardesign.com/radadesign/radablog/

Right now I have a problem - one of my entries doesn't show.
Beside that which has to be resolved the first, I want to design an interface a bit more.
I would like to have 6 columns, only tags and no categories. + Archives.
I would like to add an image at the top.
I also would like to have another page to post my design works that would have different layout (but quite simple).

I would provide my design as a Photoshop layout file.

I need someone who speaks good English and who is a good expert.
