Description

I have template and plugin.
Plugin is http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tdo-mini-forms/.

I need :
- add sidebar to template - one hour job
- add custom field to plugin php code.
- little modification at template afther that

This is very fast and easy job. I will asking maby 2-3 little modification at template during communication.

This is job for full 2-4 hours work. Budget $30 is enough.
