Description

I would like a site template or better yet a WP Theme created based on another site. The Template/WP Theme would have to be completely user friendly and customizable (headers, buttons, categories, ect). I like the layout of this site and would like to create my own template/theme to make a bunch of sites based on it.

Please bid on the complete project to include help files/code comments. I do not have plans to commercialize or sell this template/theme, whoever, I will retian all rights to code/theme on completed payment.

I will PM the website to create a template/theme on to bidders that I deem fit for the job and they can change their bid accordingly.
