Description

Our last developer took us for a ride and didnt deliver what we asked for - therefore we try again:

We are looking for a IMAGEPLUGIN. See PowerPoint description for further instructions in enclosed file. The budget is from $30-250, but we expect to pay no more than $75 for this due to the fact that a good developer can use existing (open source) code and adapt. we will consider a bonus based on result.

The timeframe is 3 days. However, we do not expect the developer to actually work for 3 whole days (8x3=24 hours) on such a small project like this.

NOTE: We do not NOT pay anything up front, or during. 100% by escrow when tested OK.
