I want to integrate the GD Star Rating Wordpress Plugin (http://www.gdstarrating.com/) into this page: http://www.effectivelanguagelearning.com/language-course-reviews

1) The Review page takes all the User ratings (in form of 5 star ratings) from 10 different pages and displays it in the Top 10 table (http://www.effectivelanguagelearning.com/language-course-reviews).

2) On the product pages (e.g. http://www.effectivelanguagelearning.com/language-course-reviews/pimsleur-review) I want that a user can give a 5 star rating integrated into the comments and on the top of the site you see the results. This is similiar to amazon.com. (the rating through comment function is already integrated into the GD Star Rating plugin)
