I'd like to install this Wordpress plugin...

...five times on my Wordpress site, each with different settings. It's already installed once as recent-posts, so what I need now are four more plugins titled...

recent-posts-a
recent-posts-b
recent-posts-c
recent-posts-piglet

...so that I can install each of them as a 'different' plugin. I know this is quite simply find/replace if you know what you're doing. (I don't know what I'm doing.)
