Description

When using the "Multi-page Toolkit" plugin for wordpress it onlu shows the previous, current and next page.

I need that it shows all pages!

so instead of:

"product" "what is product" "About" (previous, current, next)

It needs to be:

"product" "what is product" "About" "Testimonial" "Conditions" "Surveys" "What is problem" "Hormones" "FAQ's"

So you can navigate quickly to that part of the post.

The possibility is already in the plugin as a dropdown menu. (Quick Jump Type: Drop Down Lists)

Now I need it to show up as a navigation bar, that's all!
