Description

I have a PHP application running on a Windows 2008 server with IIS7. (The application was written to work best on Linux or Windows with Apache. But they told me most things should work fine on Windows with IIS.)

Most everything is working perfectly fine. But .. there's just one little function ... when I click on a link that is supposed to help me get a "forgotten password" by entering an email address .. if I enter an email address that exists in the database, it generates a 500 server error page. If I enter an email address that does not exist in the database, it gives me the correct page to say "Sorry, your email does not exist in our database." So, the problem is occurring when I enter a valid email address for a user, and simply click on the link to have it email me the password for that user.

You can see it at: http://www.comebackagainsoon.com/directory/locator/ . Then, you'll see a place to enter an email address below where it says: Did you forget your access key code? If you enter ... you'll see the 500 server error. If you enter anything else, you'll get the reply that says your email address was not found.

I simply need help to figure out what needs to be done so that this function will work properly and fix it so it does.

Since I am on Windows 2008 running IIS7, I am not sure if the problem is simply a permissions error on something.

I can give you FTP access to look at the files, etc.
