Description:	Existing MySQL database with 8,000 records. The "PERSONS" table has 12 fields. Import from a CSV to the database. 1) Import by matching the user's ID (MEMBERNO) 2) Only overwrite the fields that have changed. 3) Post today's date in the "UPDATED" field 4) If the record is new (eg. No matching MEMBERNO) then insert it in the db. 5) Include COMMENTS in your code explaining what each section does. Additional files submitted: data fields.txt
