Description:	My Customer has given me a file in xl format that is given to him every week. the file will always be in the same format. this program must compare the old information with the new. if nothing has changed then it leaves the old information as it is. If there is a change to the information then it will let the user know at the end of the comparison what the changes are and will let the user either keep the old or update to the new. it will produce a report of all the differences that it found. the list is an employee list and the major identification is thru the social security number of the individual which is always diffferent from one person to the next. the names can be the same but the ss cannot. the comparison must be of all fields. if a new record or employee is found then it will updated him and will be included in the report. there must be a way to edit all employees. must be password protected. must be colorfull and nice!! thanks. I have already listed this before but person did not produce my product and I cannot contact him!! need this program in 1 to 2 days thanks!!
