Dear All,

We are seeking to enhance and add functionality to our site as follows

Phase I
1. Redesign the website
2. Correct alignment problems of the site
3. Well arrangements of existing contents
4. Add extra links if necessary
5. Add the contents specified in the company profile
6. Add all sorts of contact information
7. Admin Panel- user creation, access permissions and change password etc.
8. Site Administrator can schedule their program and displayed as featured I items on user panel.
9. Admin is able to add latest news and events regarding activities as featured items on user panel.
10. User interactive contact us page
11. Add feed back page and display them on user panel controlled by admin.

Phase II
The last two phases are mainly based on ERP. Here comes the total scheduling and planning of resources. Here we modularize the user panel to more users friendly.

1. User creation in user panel
2. Detailed registration of user, login, forgot password and change password.
3. User can schedule there timing and check availabilities.
4. Users can make proposals by pulling out info from a database.
5. Administrator screening and managing on user creation and their scheduling.
Phase III

1. This phase mainly deals with the implementation of search options.
2. Users can seek out the best plan specific to their objective.
3. Users can edit their scheduling and planning.
4. Users can list out their program list till date.
5. Be act as a referral to other self development sites.
6. Administrator screening and managing on user’s plan and their scheduling.

We need a detailed proposal as to approach plan, duration, no of resources. Your proposal will mention (a)what SDLC model you propose and why (b) how will you achieve the deliverables (HLD, LLD, Test Plan, Test cases etc. We want the cost breakdown phase wise
