Description

I do not want the same cheap looking template with simple color changes, I want a completely different look to my phpprob auction site.

My logo is already created and I plan to go for a dark site...like very dark gray or black like www.rocb***attle.com or www.beatk***ings.com

Must know CSS very well and design skills must be above average.

You will not just design and send me a psd, the design will be integrated so if you do not know PHP then do not bid.

Time wasters who bid and then try to learn as they go will be rewarded with an Incomplete Report for wasting my time.

I want something that has more of a welcoming header design on top and then then auction body is lower.
