Description

This should be a simple task if you know what you are doing. This project requires you to have strong knowledge of both PHP and website encryption/https. The wining bid will be based on previous experience, and budget.

The goal:

I need my website to show all data transfer pages as encrypted. By data transfer pages I mean pages such as the login, registration and payment pages, were the website user inputs sensitive information. And by encrypted I mean to show them as: https://........

The first step to get this accomplish was completed. A SSL certificate was installed on the website. So if you type https://mysite...... you will land in the encrypted version of the site. So you don’t have to worry about installing the SSL certificate.

But the problem and your TASK are the following:

1) The https:// pages are triggering a warning message:

"This page contains both secure and non secure items"

This is happening because some of the references in the pages are not pointing to https:// I think this can be solved by the use of relative links instead of absolute links. But you must also look into things such as images, linked style sheets, frames, objects and scripts to make sure that all items are being reference correctly.

I want to be clear; this task is not as simple as changing a link reference from http to https, the site was built with PHP so you must be very familiar on how PHP reference scripts, style sheets, images, etc. Your task is to make all the pages fully encrypted thus making the warning message go away.


2) Your second task has to do with making the encryption of the data transfer pages continuous throughout all the steps. What do I mean by continuous? Basically if someone clicks on the registration link I want the site to send the user to the https/encrypted version and once the user is the https version he must continue in the https version until all the registration steps are done. Same thing with the login payment pages/steps.

-7 registration pages/steps.
-1 login pages.
-4 payment pages.
