Description

I would like a membership payment system on my website (using paypal and simply credit cards).
The system is a little more complexe than simply a regular membership program (user can buy unlimited number of memberships).

Only way I can compare it is facebook. A user has a profile, but for him to create a group, he must make a membership (currently in facebook, creating groups are free). When user signs up for this membership, the group is created and users can use all functionality of the group.

There are 3 types of memberships where a user can have as many memberships as he wants and I will explain this more in detail to winner.

YOUR MANDATE:
1. Create the Paypal and Credit card payment system using the existing CSS of website and keeping the look and feel.

2. Create a Payment section in user's profile describing all his memberships, payment information, etc. Typically all payment functions you get on a regular membership site.

3. Code properly the logic when user has signed up for membership, the group is created. Also if the membership is canceled, group is deactivated. If payment is late, user receives reminder upto 30 days late, then account is suspended temporarily.

Budget is limited, and I am a developer myself. I developed the whole site so I will help you directly with any code that needs explanation.

IMPORTANT: Only bid if you can deliver this project in the time quoted. I have no time to waste on providers who will delay this project any further.
