Okay This is my goal for my upcoming project. My website is called www.thephresh.com (which is an
event marketing website that gives people an option to post their events on our website). I goal look is to have that professional look like www.going.com and www.eventful.com (but not the same as them design wise but create and unique design to our brand NAME). Now I don't want an brand new website but I will like the an existing CMS website that can deliver outstanding professional results on the back end management system (No Joomla Plz). If you can possible deliver an PROFESSIONAL website within my budget, that can be a good start !!!!!! Some Additional Details for my site development ....

1. Including API for Site Intergrading such as Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, ETC
2. User Friendly Icons with good design (Neon Colors) !!!
3. An De-Bugging System for Management System !!
4. Message users thru the website and create and login where
sign-ups have to confirm their e-mails and block spam.
5. A Great Design for Our Logo That Brands Our Site in a different, exciting way
that relates to our website (please check www.thephresh.com) !!!!
6. A social network that you can add backgrounds to and create a twitter feel about
upcoming events and connect with other social networks such as twitter,
myspace, facebook, etc
7. Post Flyers for events in a unique way (user friendly plz) !!!!
8. Create Unique Functions like www.going.com (but not the same) !!!!!!
9. A Unique Photo Album where people can post pictures with their event Flyers
10. Also a unique Photo Album for event photography pictures for events !!!
11. Design a Banner for the website and make proper advertising Space For Clients
12. Plz Make This PROJECT A SUCCESS !!!!!!
