Description:	I have a simple listings site built in PHP5/MySQL5/Linux/Apache. Here is the basic info about the site: - About 40% of the code was written by me, the rest is either open-source or bought-in - The winning bidder will not have access to the live code on the server - Relevant scripts will be mailed to the winning bidder as required, and I will need them to tell me the points of integration when providing the solution Here is what I need: - PHP-based "captcha" anti-flood at 2 data entry points - a system that will require people wanting to register to respond to an email sent to their email address, in order to activate their registration (similar to phpBB) - The ability to ban registration requests using email addresses with certain characteristics (eg. *hotmail, *gmail etc), preferably using a MySQL table to hold the banned values - 50% of the payment on this project will be made up-front, the remainder when the code works on the PRODUCTION server - Although the winning bidder wil not have access to the code on the production server, I am reasonably proficient in PHP & MySQL, and this is a relatively simple project, so getting individual scripts mailed should be enough to get the job done.
