need to re-do existing website: www.kievstar.com
website sells calling cards (up to 5 phone cards with different denominations for each + affiliate banners and links)
already selling thru paypal and google checkout

1. need new nice presentable look (not heavy, but good looking)
2. search/view for country and rates (php/mysql)

example sites:
kievstar.pushline.com -i like their rate search and access number search.
discall.com -i like their rate search and access number search. also like simple design
pinlessworld.com - site design is very attractive and VERY nice rate search system with details and buy now option on result

please remember that site will have affiliate banners on it, google ads, probably side ads as well.

please have samples of your work

I do not need my site to be made from existing template like "monster templates" or other. site should be light and fast loading. original ideas only!

more details about search engine needed: if you looked at example sites that provided above, you can see that each site has rate search. we need same on our website. we do not have database nor engine - that is your job to make one for us. It should be designed so we can enter and edit rates and countries calling from and to any time we want from user friendly interface. Also this engine should allow us to add more products(cards) in it as well. again we prefer php/mySql.
