I have over 16 yrs exp. in web and part of what I do now is teaching non-technical how to create a website with little or no money. I had started on a website with learning plans, but very easy ones they can follow along with (using adobe acrobat). And yes, it can be done. I have taught over 300 Faculty/Staff how to do a website outline (framework), how to manage their content, design considerations, and etc. All non-techical - and easy to follow. I never did the website since I went back to school but I have the material. The key is - we organize information daily, add graphics, visual cues and etc. The web is merely another tool to display this same information. I teach people to do this. My websites motto was: to learn, to do, to become. Thank you.
