Description

I am looking for someone to update and enhance my existing website.

My requirements as follows;

1. I want to be able to upload and change featured homes on Home page instead of random selection.
2. To have a separate featured homes on each destination and to have control to change them.

Admin section
On ‘Property’ list page
1. I need a delete function so I can delete property on the list that’s no longer active.
2. On ‘Approved Property’page, change how I can upload the VTour for each property. Instead of loading the VTour files on the website, I just want to upload the link to the VTour which will be provided by the home owner.

‘Home Owner’s’ area : when owner’s creating their own web page
Text: to have uniform text and spacing.
Icons: Change icons or add icons required.
Amenities: to add categories
- Hills/Country Views
- Ancient History Places
Also to have icons to go with it like the rest on the list.

Rates: to add a table layout and description for Rates. to have the same size of text as the description. I also want a uniform table for owner to input their rates.

Link Exchange – To provide a delete button so I can delete the Link address that I want to remove on the list.

Forum – to update it to new phpbb version and make sure avatars are working.

To make sure that the website is fast loading, search engine and internet friendly.
