Description: I need a simple discussion forum. I do NOT want a free script like SMF or phpbb.


PAGE 1) index - shows topic by author, date, # of replies. the index page is the first page a user sees when they first visit the site. Admin can close a topic. Also, when admin closes a topic, it stores the LAST user who posted in the database.

PAGE 2) acp - admin panel, settings for style of page color backgrounds, setting for table row background color.

PAGE 3) post page - page to post topic, title field, and description, submit button. When a post is submitted, it is shown on the INDEX page. (Only the ADMIN can make a post)

PAGE 4) register page: username, email, captcha image (email sent to user to activate). Also need a LOGIN page.

PAGE 5) user control panel. let users change their email, password.

Page 6) Post archive page - after admin closes a topic, the topic is stored on this page. shows topic title, # of posts, and shows the LAST poster.



This is a very simple project. Will pay $40 only.
