Looking to setup a private message based website on Linux.
The web site offer task,for example:
send us your original poem,50 pts rewards.
members deal with us by sending us message,they earn cash pts.

I've looked at Joomla! and Drupal and others as options, but not sure any single option provides everything I need.

My preference right now is a Joomla! based site,

but I'm open to other options.
I need someone familiar with one of these to help me tweak and/or alter or customize settings in order to facilitate the creation of a private message.

Admin area have basic features.
offer task (text in any languages and photo content)
update site news.
manage members account(edit,block,etc),manage message (new,history,delete,etc)
admin can view IP address of each message,cash pts(add,edit,etc)
send message to all members.set timezone.

All data on the site would require registered users to login to view.
Registered details:
email,username,password,country,cache
email link active request.
no welcome email.

After login user will access main message system (facebook style),cash pts balance.view task and site news tab.choose task,send message.

*** all data in database are encrypted.
*** Protect from most attack,php SQL injection,message flood.no bugs.

*** When a user logs in, it provides seamless access to all additional
components of site (task, news). The user does not have to login more
than once per session.

Everything need to be simple and user friendly.
