3 Weight Loss Program (with Daily Tabs to view. You can look at the next days program after 7:00 pm the night prior)
4 Muscle Gain Program (with Daily Tabs to view. You can look at the next days program after 7:00 pm the night prior)
5 Cardiovascular Health Program (with Daily Tabs to view. You can look at the next days program after 7:00 pm the night prior)
6 Exercise At Home (with Daily Tabs to view. You can look at the next days program after 7:00 pm the night prior)
7 Core and Abdominal Programs (with Daily Tabs to view. You can look at the next days program after 7:00 pm the night prior)

Client will provide 6 months to put into items 3 thru 7 and each week the calendar will automatically advance

Testimonials will be dynamic admin will add testimonials in admin panel
