My work is high quality, and I have good reviews. 3) Sounds great! 4) I won't and am willing to sign a contract if you wish. 5) No problem as long as it isn't a habit (more then 25% of the time) or a larger project which I will indicate before beginning 6) I am American, so no problem. 8) I am an expert with CSS, MySQL & PHP. | 1) Alright, it's all in the bid. 2) So far I've only had two clients on GAF (I'm not an amateur, I work for a web development company) and they have both given me good reviews. If you don't like my work you can leave me a really crappy review and spoil my career on GAF. 3) 100 dollars a project is cool by me! 4) Would've stolen my company's clients first if I wanted to. Plus, you would sort of be my partner-client. 5) A few refunds is okay but don't make a habit out of it! Sorry for the humor. 6) I'll let you be the judge on this point. 7) I hold certifications in PHP-MySQL and I usually work on Dreamweaver because it closes my open HTML tags for me. And I'm good at CSS. W3C XHTML/CSS valid websites anytime. 8) 4 page website with CMS. Any number of revisions, I don't mind. 9) It's okay with me but can I also list them on my website (under development) as 'those I have designed while working for your company'?

| 1) I have designed a handful of websites for others and myself, but in the past I have not been involved with "crank-it-out" website production. I imagine you use basic templates, modify them as required, and move on. This is a skill I can easily learn - no problem.
2) Just saying you can trust me doesn't prove anything, but I can tell you I don't lie and I am honest to a fault. As former President of the Rosicrucian Fellowship, a spiritually-based Christian organization, I adhere to the highest standards of moral ethics. We all reap what we sow and I have no interest in sowing poorly.
3) I understand the 50/50 split. I trust that $100 will be worth my time? Based on your experience, how much time does it generally take for a good person to do what you require? If your jobs each require 20 hours of work, then $100 for 20 hours of work is not fair - let's be honest.
4) I do not steal nor break the 7th Commandment.
5) If a customer is not satisfied, then he may need to have money refunded. This is a fact of life. I understand.
6) English is my native language and I apparently am good enough at it as people have asked me to proofread things they have written. I am in CA.

2) As to trust, While I, myself, feel I am very trustworthy, I'm very willing to earn the trust that is required of a collegue.
3) As you are the sales agent, and subcontracting me, I am willing to accept a 50/50 split of the project's fee.
4) To me, to steal a client from someone I work for is an unethical thing. I will never attempt to woo a customer from you.
5) As I take pride in my work, I would not wish to collect a fee from a dissatisfied client. I understand that refunds do happen, and could even effect me.
6) As I was born, raised, and live in the U.S. my English is good. I also stay away from "text message" style in written communication with clients.

8) A four page website is not too complicated. Home, about, and contact pages are almost a given, and I presume the details will be given for the directions page. Revisions are always a possibility as to meet the clients expectations.
9) While I prefer to keep my personal work for my own portfolio, I do not have a problem with you taking credit for all work you have contracted me for.
