And now let me answer you to the 11 points.
1. I think you will get good informations from us and we're not gonna stress you by PM, also you need to know that we can give you assistance by messenger 12 hours a day, and by e-mail ..from 10 to 15 minutes for each answer.
2. We don't have work, so for us is just more then great to have long term relationships!
3. The price is good, at least for the begin no problem we trust in you.
4. Not even in my mind to steal your clients, a lng term relationship needs trust and work.

There should be proof of refunds. How do we know that you have given refund, if we are not direct with client??? We need to sort this out.

| 1) The following points are provided, per your request.
2) The only way that you can prove that you are trust worthy is by being so. If you don't have integrity, you're not going to be trust worthy and that an awfully hard thing to show someone without proving it over time. I do, however, have an excellent work history and personal references!
3) They seem like simple pages, so $100 would be more than acceptable to me.
4) Again we come back to integrity. I would never dream of stealing your clients. However, I would expect that if I were to find a client on my own, and used your business name to attract them, that I would be able to keep all profit.
5) As long as I understand why the refund was given, I wouldn't have a problem with it.
6) I prefer to speak to clients, because there can be something lost in the translation when there is someone else gathering requirements. I am a US citizen living in Louisville, Kentucky; however, I do not have a twangy southern accent.
7) I am good in DreamWeaver, though I do not currently possess a copy, as well as CSS, PHP and mySQL.
8) Is it bidding if we are splitting the profits on what I would do?
9) I have singularly developed for companies as an employee, largely intranet applications, so I do not have any external references.
