Description

I am looking for someone to design, develop, and deliver a web site/application. Design includes css, seo, html, layout, graphics, and logo. I have a list of features to be developed for the service the web site will offer to the general public. Delivery includes identification of where the site/application/service should be hosted to meet our needs, installation on the host, and verification that everything is working. I will want a warranty period, full documentation for maintenance and enhancements. Even though I am open to working with anyone, I live in Phoenix and would like to work with someone in Phoenix if possible. I have a quote from a company at $2200 using .Net and MS SQL. I think I want a non-proprietary platform and any advice you can give is much appreciated. In order for me to fully share details an NDA will need to be signed. I want delivery of the full system by the end of January 2009 and there is the possibility of us negotiating ongoing support. I want someone that has some experience with web site promotion so the usability of the application is maximized. So, knowing all of this submit your PM only if you can do every part of what I want.
