Description

Design Studio Changes:

-Make homepage of the design studio be just like my current homepage that has:
Select a product text and description, Add artwork text and description, “Add Text” text and description, Get Instant Quotes and Purchase Online text and description. Make each section of text bring up that option/area in the design studio. (you can also view what I want at http://www.uber prints .com/studio/ ) also, keep the “Not feeling Creative” link that brings up the contact us page.

- Make the design studio look more like: http://houston print.com/design.aspx the top tool bar for the design studio with buttons and icons. NOT just like it but a close fit to it.

-use buttons and colors that match my template which are Green, Blue Grey/Silver and Orange.

- 9 font categories with 5-15 fonts in each category.

- on add artwork page, do not show the clip art section first. When the user clicks on add artwork bring up the 2 options: Click to USE YOUR OWN and a second button that says Click to USE clip art. Then when they click that, the clip art comes up or the info about uploading your own artwork.

- upload your own artwork page show upload boxes to represent where the file location is.

- change the icon images for the steps such as add artwork, text, note, etc…

- make the entire image for the front/back/ switch side a button/link. Not just the text area.

-Step 1: Put “Switch Product” first, then Text and then Add Artwork.

-For Text, I need to add the option to select the text size by number, meaning, the user would select the font size by a drop down like you do in word document. Font size 2-72 just like a word document allows you to do.

- Take out “Click to View Idea gallery”

- Take out “Describe other color requirements in ADD NOTES

- Take out Arc requires degree selection, 360 is a circle.

- Take off the sentence on the switch product section. The sentences at the very top that starts with Search Product categories or scroll. move the search box to the very top.

- on the save design page, get rid of the text after the first sentence. Make the only sentence be the first one. Get rid of all the text below the save a design as well.

- get rid of the value ideas

- get rid of the sponsorship option

- get rid of the option to sign up for a news letter on the save design page and the please use real and active email address. Just have the text above the section to enter your email address and then at the bottom have the privacy policy.

- make all help icons bring up the pop up help window for the site. Help section will not be inside the design studio. View my current site to see what I am talking about.

- switch the sides the design area is and the design options. Meaning, we will have the text, artwork, etc.. on the left and the people with the t-shirts where users see their design and text.
From the Get Quote section add a Buy Now link under the quoted price that takes them into the checkout.

-Add thumbnail images of the design on the checkout page. View designashirt.com for example.

Current Site Details that must be functional:
- All backend function on my current site “groovyprints.com” must stay the same. How I add products, pricing, colors, product reviews, quoting system, Help and FAQ page.

-Checkout system is not a pop up and loads inside my site like GroovyPrints originally does.

- contact us and contact a specialist pages/pop up stay the same. They have the option to upload more than 1 image and submitted requests are emails to

- finished orders are viewable in the backend that include a complete list of all the order information including product, sizes, colors, sale price, shipping address, customer contact info, ink colors, links to the design along with any artwork.

- Order summary are emailed to which also includes all the same information.

- Connection with link point merchant account that also makes sure to charge sales tax to anyone in the state of Georgia.

-Help Page:
Editable from the backend.
Each question you click on brings up that sections page with the answer below it.

-FAQ Page:
Editable from the backend.

- product catalog outside of design studio stays the same( options, layout, text, colors and the way they show the available sizes.


Payment is not paid until the site is up and working %100 on my server and sample orders have been placed to ensure everything is working and everything listed above has been completed. I only pay for the complete list above. I do not pay for anything but a 100% complete site which is describe above.
