Description

We are in need of a high quality portal similar to hotscripts.com.

Please take a good look at that site before you make an offer. An online admin that is completely automated to run the site must be included.

Payment option must be PayPal.
Payment for adding picture, feature listing and so on.

It has to be easy to approve/disapprove new additions, manage forums and manage ads.
The site has to be SEO friendly and database driven(mySQL) with PHP scripts.

Complete design and logo for the site has to be included in the price. It must be an "easy to navigate template" designed for the site.
