Description

Hi there

I need a graphic designer/web-designer to do a nice header for a humor website.
The header should be very very fun, and should include the following items:
herbie (the vw)
penelope (the cartoon girl in the cabrio)
a friendly crocodile
and a friendly snake

The background should be the city.

Lot of bright colors...basically if you ever had the urge to do something really crazy, this is your opportunity.
I will need a mock-up first even if with a few parts only because since this is a very specific work, very creative, i will need to be able to see what you can do before i choose your bid.

Dont bother bidding without a mock-up.

ps: if you can then integrate the design in a mambo template, thats a plus. But if you dont, no problem.
