I am looking for someone to finish a deals portal website for me that DOINGBEST a programmer here on GAF started and did not finish after I sent them the payment, Now I want to finish the site.

NO PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE IN ADVANCE, all payments will be made through GAF escrow. I WILL NOT RELEASE ANY PAYMENTS UNTIL PROJECT IS DONE.

I do have specific things I want to finish on the site. I want to add WYSIWYG specifically fckeditor.net when adding deals. Please be familiar with http://www.fckeditor.net/

some of the stuff I want to fix.

1. the way to add deals on the site. (I have affiliate links that I must be able to add to the site, please be familiar with cj.com, linkshare.com and others.... )
2. the way to add coupons on the site
3. the way to add special promotions on the site
4. fix how store logos show on the site
5. build a store database where I will add stores to be used throughout the site.
5. I want to redo the admin panel
I have a few more stuff that I will detail out to the right person
