Product options and attributes are out of order

Text fields somehow were converted to dropdowns (the option to change the field property and length are also missing)

Give the customer the option to leave a deposit.
I need a custom calculation (i.e. the grand total for the item is $300.00, but the customer wants to leave a deposit) When this option is selected the total should be divided by 2 (50% down) Or, if this option is selected it should automatically calculate the deposit based on the customer selections. Note: deposits are always 50% down.

When the customer clicks “Order Now” I want them to go directly to the order form. Currently they are directed to “Top of the category” and they have to select “details” to see the actual order form. If you visit my site you will understand

I need a few other product options added (Yes, I can do this myself but if your fixing the product options order, you migh as well do this at the same time)

Since this install the layout of the product description is skewed. I need a standard layout so all the descriptions look the same. More like a table. Safari and firefox display in the same format however in IE the text is all over the place. You can use the same link about to see the layout of the production description as well. I am open to suggestion on this.


Cosmetic

I want my company name/logo at the top of each page so the customers know where they are when they visit my site. The original developer reduced the size of my logo/header and placed it in the upper left had corner of the page. It looks odd.

My page ranks at 465 and falling. (this can be worked on last) if I don’t have a welcoming, functioning site it makes to since to drive traffic there.
