Description

I have content and such for my simple 3 page website. I need someone to customize the header of my template using photoshop so it has my site name. You will also need to make a simple contact form on one of the pages. I want Google adsense to be formatted for use on all pages as well.

More details available after bidding has begun. This is simple HTML and photoshop and should be pretty straight forward.

If you are good this will lead to a lot more work (seriously not just saying that)
