Description:	Hello, I am looking for a desiner who can layout by css easily. This project is: 1) creating 24 popup window pages. 2) the designs are fixed and I have the 24 images. 3) I also have same design pages with css files. You can use the css color etc from the existing pages. 4) 23 pages have same frame design and size. only elements are differennt. 5) 1 pages have same design but different size. 6) the design should be LIQUID LAYOUTs vertically and horizontally. 7) you can create 1 page elaborately at first. and you can reuse the layouts for 23 pages. 8) the volume per page is rougly 5 elements and 100 words. 9) this project is only for popup window and if you know css very well,it would be done in a short time. 10) the requirements are clear and simple.creativity is not required. so I a want reasonable bid. 11) testing index page with 24 popup links are also required.(no design) If you can deliver me good results,I would like to have another projects too with you. Please notice that this project require LIQUID LAYOUTs vertically and horizontally. Thank you.
