Looking for a developer who can create a static html/css site from photoshop files provided.

There are 5 PSD pages ready, all are almost similiar just content and graphics changes.

The coded website must be valid and should look same on all browsers.

This project need to done in 24 hour, if you can't finished in the given timeframe then you hv to pay penalty $5 for every next hour you take to finished this job.
