Description

Looking for someone who is an expert in dealing with CSS sheets and logos-headers.

I need to take a 100% width header and create a transparent image and "float" my logo on the headers. The headers need to act as backgrounds and fill the page no matter what the viewing size.
The link below is a failed attempt.

I have all logos, headers and everything needed already. My guy is having trouble floating the logo only over the header and a proper header "stretch".
