Description:	We are going to be developing youtube/myspace type website with embedded streaming video and unique features for our targeted users such as collaborative project tools. We need a good clear design, a great brand which easy, quick to download and functional for our future users. We are looking to keep the costs down at this stage, and we have done our research on related projects that have been advertised on various outsourcing sites. Once this project has been developed, you will need to relinquish all rights to every aspect of it. You will NOT be able to put it on your portfolio, you will NOT be able to keep the source files, and you will NOT be able to resell the source files. The winning bidder must sign a non-disclosure agreement. [We don't want any copied, purchased, reused scripts to be utilised, or any brand copied] We want everything completely custom and built from scratch, because we don't want our legal people to deal with any future problems regarding ownership/copyright and ip issues. We would like to work with only the best designers, project managers and the best programmers. We would also like ones that can fluently communicate in English,- we will not work with a provider that has a language barrier and cannot understand the project and deadline requirements, as we do not have the time to explain things to people to understand. The chosen bidder must be on Skype DAILY. We will expect DAILY updates as well as links to previews/designs every step along the way using email and skype. Please Only serious bidders. If we are completely satisfied with your work, we will have no hesitation in establishing an ongoing working relationship, as this is a one of many projects available for development. The project will be written in PHP and we do not except poor coding failures and high mysql queries. We will expect the site to be written with low bandwidth and server spaced taken into account, and robust enough for easy and cost effective development for the future. We would like this project to be built within 30-40 days. This site will be home to hundreds of thousands of users, and a variety of advertisers to include banner advertising [rotation and fixed], sponsored links, so stability is a must. Exact details of the brief/ brand ideas can be given on what is needed when your bid is accepted. We have previous experience of web projects for a variety of large international companies, so we understand the build and project management processes. For truly outstanding work, and to show our commitment to the supplier of this project, We will pay an additional $500 dollar bonus, 90 days after the site has been uploaded to our server and fully functional to our satisfaction. We may also consider a management/maintenance agreement to help with ongoing updates/upgrades and site maintenance. Content collaboration tool for users to create, discuss,change,vote,give opinion, administrate and evolve a series of scripts in various stages [paid feature see - 'Sign up for paid membership projects below' with multiple users - 15 stage writing process] Users will have access to individual stages at different times - e.g. Access - stages 1,2,3 Access - stages 4,5 Access - stages 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13 Access - stages 14,15 Changes to all content will be logged as different versions [see writeboard.com as example], and you will be able to compare different versions.
