Description

Seeking for somebody who writes us a Technical Specification / Functional Description for the following website project.

We want to create a PHP based website for models / model agency (models and actors for photography, fashion, catwalk, movie, casting etc).
The site should have:
model gallery, sedcards, model profiles, model directory/listing, model search, booking functions, casting service, blogs, forums, guestbook, messaging, news, seminars, subscriptions, member area, premium members, calendar, help, ads and so forth.

We need somebody who writes us a complete Technical Specification / Functional Description. This specification should be the sufficient basis for the programmer and the designer to create the site. The specification must be elaborated in close collaboration and communication with us.

You need to have experience in writing technical specs for implementation. Please only bid if you can provide samples of technical specs that you have written yourself. I will pick a bidder based on price and quality of his examples.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required.

Dear appreciated bidder!

I'm sorry but I did not state ist clearly: The budget for this project is al low budget. We do not need a very high standard specification.

Some of the bidders made bids for the spec only which are higher then the estimated costs for the whole site design.

Of course if you are good in design and programming too you could make the site design afterwards.
