Looking for someone that has experience with Wordpress MU to work on an existing site, http://www.PhiUppaPhatty.com This site is built on MU as we'd like to be able to allow users to apply for and manage their own blog, but we don't want just anyone to be able to start a blog. We want to host a separate signup page either on a subdomain of our site or built into and/or in a page on wordpress. We'll then manually approve and set up new blogs in wordpress admin.
A big problem we are having right now is nobody can tell us how to get any new blogs to work. We've set up a couple ourselves and none are working.

We need someone that can help us to better customize certain features of the site, such as photo albums. We'd like to replicate the appearance of such of a couple other websites.

We want to make a few minor visual changes to our template.

We'd like to customize the confirmation page upon submitting email address.

We need some promotinal banners desgined as well.

This is urgent as we will be sending paid traffic to the site starting April 20, so changes will need to be done by end of the week.

This can turn into monthly work for the right candidate.
