Description

I need a quick turn around for completion on this project. If you are priced competitively and can do a great job in the shortest amount of time, the project is yours.

YOU MUST...i repeat MUST say in your bid "I understand the requirements" or your bid will be ignored. I've burned waaay to many times here...

I require a wordpress theme designed around the format that this site is in:

This means that the very top header will have a space on the left hand side for a graphic/title and then the right hand side will have adsense.

Below that will be a row just for pages as defined by the wordpress admin

Below that will be two boxes. However, please note the following:
The homepage will ONLY contain the two boxes that you see on that homepage listed above. A space for text in the left hand box, and then a space on the right for adsense.

On the rest of the site, those two boxes will look like two adsense boxes. See this url for example:

The rest of design format below that will include typical content inclusion on the left, and on the right will be standard wordpress catagories, widget boxes, etc.

Theme must be widgetized.
