I need a provider individual team/provider to do the following:

- Apply a design in Fireworks PNG format to wordpress sites
- There will be 2 sites, one in English, one in Turkish.
- Both will be wordpress and they will have exactly the same structure and design.
- I will customize the WordPress to the sites' needs.
- I will NOT provide you with the HTML files.
- I will do the payment on two escrows and i will prepare them once i see at least one of the designs applied to either one of the languages.
- I will send the design to providers who are interested.
