Description

We want to provide a custom version of wordpress.

You will take the latest version of wordpress, add the 10-15 plugins we supply links to, and dozen or so themes and make modifications.

You will then configure wordpress based on our specifications and then ensure that wordpress can be zipped up and all the settings preserved and made available to the user when they install.

So you will need to figure out where all the settings for wordpress are kept and ensure that the user installation puts these customizations back in.

The idea is that when wordpress is installed by the user it is ready to use (apart from adding a header, blog name, etc). All other settings have already been set, saving the user the bother of doing this.

You will also make sure all themes are working correctly and make minor changes to the themes as per our specifications (no graphics need changing, it will only be minor "text" changes within php).

It's possible you may need to adapt the existing installation process of wordpress to ensure all defaults are restored when the installation is complete.

If you have good knowledge of php and wordpress you should be perfect for this job.

This job is based on the previous job you did for the old version of wordpress, but now for v2.7

In addition to the above, you will also test all plugins to make sure they work ok.

Please confirm they work find under v2.7

You will also make sure you are running the very latest version of the plugins as several plugins from the previous version are not the latest version.
