Description

I am looking for an experienced wordpress designer to design a custom wordpress theme. I will be using it as a CMS so want it to look like an actual website, rather than a blog. I would like it to look similar to startclaims.co,uk

**** Requirements ****
2 columns, with main content on left
Small contact form in sidebar
Widget ready - Would like to be able to add 3 images (or text boxes) at the bottom of the page (similar to the 3 images under the main header in the example provided above)
Should be possible to select which pages are displayed on the main menu through the wordpress cpanel (something similar to the that used by ithemes)
H1 tags should be used for post/page titles
H2 tags for subheadings
Code should pass validation
Should work with all the main browsers

Price should include 5 variations of the main image to be used on different sites.

**** Payment ****
I am looking to pay nearer 250 than 750. Will pay 25% once a design has been agreed, with the balance paid upon satisfactory completion. Can be paid either by paypal or escrow.

As mentioned above, my budget for this project is nearer the $250 mark. Please bare this in mind when making your bid as high bids will not be considered.
