Description: I currently have a wordpress blog and vbulletin forum site, that constantly require tweaking, fixing and improvements because my site is rapidly changing.

WORDPRESS ISSUES

My blog running on wordpress needs the following fixes:

1. layout changes i.e. placement of email subscription
2. some php coding the reconfigure the categories section
3. AJAX mini tab module to display - recent, most popular & favourite blog posts
4. I want to be able to hack wordpress in order to show mini-post summaries that would have TITLE, IMAGE and TEXT for 70 characters
5. The last issue is performance related - it takes ages to submit a comment and load some page. I would like help in the optimisation of the the performance of Wordpress

VBULLETIN ISSUES

1. The paging system on our forum is broken. So if a thread has 2 or more pages, it does not display.

2. We need make some custom wordpress/vbulletin integration

Please note that the above issues are the current issues and that I would require more changes as time goes on to improve the blog. So I am looking for a long term wordpress/vbulletin expert that would help fix my issues.

1. Be able to communicate via IM - ym, msn or skype
2. Have extensive experience in at least wordpress
3. PHP/AJAX experience is a must as the blog would require a little bit of hacking
4. CSS/XHTML skills must be immaculate
5. Also good graphic design skills
6. Lastly flexibility to meet my needs as a customer is required
