Description

I need a WordPress Theme created from the PSD I am going to provide. It is a very simple design and I believe can be done in a day easily.

Once the WordPress theme is complete, I would like you to create a WORDPRESS WEBSITE from it along with Bloging features. The website will consist of 5 simple and static pages besides Blog List Page including a page for visitor to contact website owner via Contact Us form. Newsletter plugin is also desirable.
