Description:	Hi, I have a design ready which I need converted to a WordPress Theme. I will provide the PSD to the winning bidder. It's a very simple design. It's a more page based design than a post based design The site has to be valid CSS & XHTML. I will put the site through a validator. As this is not a blog theme but a page based site theme not all of the usual WP theme files are required. Hence making your work easier. The following are the WP theme files are required - stylesheet.css (if any IE hacks are required, I would rather you used a seperate conditional IE stylesheet) - header.php - footer.php - index.php - page.php That's it! Please note, I am a web designer and design WP themes as well, and I am outsourcing this project due to a bandwidth crunch, so I expect proper implementation of the design and I will check your source code. I will give more detailed instructions as well as a look at the design to interested bidders.
