Description

I am starting a new blog and require help in the template design as well as the installation of several WordPress plugin's. I have the installed WordPress 2.8 and found some plugins I like, but still need more and need the ones I found installed.

Please ONLY post if you can send me YOUR PAST WORDPRESS install examples.

Auto creation of translated pages, which can be manually edited

Also I am interested to have your feedback on features and plugins, as while I understand code and have blogged before this is my first time using Wordpress.

Ideally you would be able to do both the coding and the design work, the design is mostly within the code as its a blog so the minimal graphical elements can be easily created.
