Description: Need someone to do a custom wordpress design.

Show me your wordpress work.

Only a wordpress guru will get this job.

This is the first part of the job. Design the wordpress theme, I'll escrow the money for the design then that will be applied to the development when we proceed further.

Budget (1st Part): $30 for the design
Budget (Development): $120 to complete

Specifications:

1st Part: Design a wordpress theme, sites the client likes:

2nd Part: Develop the wordpress site using your designed theme:
Requirements are:
Create one form that visitors fill out and it is emailed to the site owner. Then it redirects to a payment page which is just a services page with PayPal Buy Now buttons.

That's it. Nothing major here.
