Description:	Basic Website with CMS - SEO Optimized Website design has already been created as a PSD. You will need to code the design to the site. Custom CMS for Articles There will be 5 main categories. Each article will link to another article in the same category. For instance, Article A1 will end and below it will be a link title to the next article, Article A2. Each article must be a new page with the title the same as the article title. The CMS will require a Complete text editor (Same functions as MS Word) to edit and write new articles. There must be a way to add and remove articles, also the ability to place an article in a different spot. Application Form: There is a form that is required on each page. The form will email a specified email address with the relevent information. Once a form is completed, there will need to be a "Thank You" page. There will be a few minor changes adjustments as the site is being built, we are looking for a developer who is understanding and quick. Finishing this project in a quick manner should be a top priority. Payment will be made upon completion of development, not before. Too many bad expierences with developers.
