I recently bought a website script from alstrasoft, it has been installed. I need it modified.

This is what I need:
I need a simple logo

I need the top tab menu modified & some tabs added.
I need a classified section, craigslist clone or some other.
I need the top tab menu added to classified section.
I need the links to the classified section on the main page.
I need a drop down menu for locations above the classified section.
I need a chat room.
I need my google analytics ,google translate & radio code installed.
I need a advertisement module installed.
I need a automatic link exchange that verifies my link similar to one of these.
