Description: I´m building a new website community. Project is divided into 2 parts, webdesign + advanced GUI-programming in flash.

This is the webdesign part of the project, it consists of the following:

* Creating a design framework
* 3-5 pages including:
- front portal page with account registration
- webshop page (a few items will be sold, it´s not an advanced webshop, integration with separate merchant will be done separately)
- forum page, forum software will have to be integrated with site framework, I´m lookin for something phpBB-style.
