Description: Need shipping website built with the following features:
1.) 2 membership types - One can ship to any address, other to billing address only)

2.) Each member type to have their own private inventory with products that can only be purchased by them

3.) A shipping feature built so that members can add our shipping calculator to their sites or auctions. Must allow for ability to add a preset amount to the actual rates provided by the carriers. (So a handling fee that is determined by member prior to creating the shipping calculator coding to use on their sites/auctions)

4.) Referral Program (1-tier) that pays on the membership fees and not the product/shipping costs

5.) Multiple Currencies (AUD, Euro,USD,CAD,GBP, etc) with a cron job to run exchange rate updates on a regular basis.

Site design also part of project (I will be giving winning bidder a domain and free reign to do what it takes to accomplish the goals of the project. Simple clean template is all I am looking for)

OSCommerce, ZenCart, whichever programmer thinks is easiest for them to use to meet site concepts is fine with me.

Should be a relatively simple site. Many will probably already have previous projects to draw from for this build. Need it done within 2 weeks of awarding bid. Will provide sample site and domain in PMB to potential coders.
